PAIN MANAGEMENT TREATMENT
MEDICAL MARIJUANA PROGRAM
Dr. Carlesi is a member of the Medical Board of Physicians for the State of Connecticut Medical Marijuana Program. He certifies patients with approved medical conditions and prescribes medical marijuana for pain and symptom relief.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
A patient may register for a medical marijuana certificate if he or she is a Connecticut resident being treated for a qualifying medical condition (listed below) by a Connecticut-licensed physician or advanced practice registered nurse.
